REFUND POLICY
Clear, fair, and institutional refund and property swap guidelines
1. Overview
At BMS Global, customer trust is our paramount asset. We maintain a transparent refund framework designed to protect buyers while preserving contractual integrity across all estate projects.
2. Property Purchase Refund Guidelines
- Cooling-off Period: A buyer who initiates an outright purchase or installment plan may request a cancellation within 14 calendar days of initial deposit for a full refund (less nominal banking charges).
- Post-Cooling Cancellations: Cancellation requests submitted after 14 days and prior to physical allocation/deed registration are subject to standard 20% administrative handling and marketing deductions.
- Disbursement Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 60–90 business days to allow for asset reconciliation and re-listing.
3. Free Property Swap Alternative
In lieu of monetary refund deductions, buyers may choose our **100% Value Property Swap Option**, enabling them to transfer 100% of their deposited equity to any other BMS Global estate, layout, commercial plot, or automotive asset with zero penalty fee.
4. REC Membership Fees
REC membership subscriptions (Diamond Basic ₦5,000, Diamond Classic ₦25,000, Diamond Premium ₦250,000) grant immediate digital portal activation, training materials, and commission access and are non-refundable once activated. Diamond Premium land rebate vouchers remain valid indefinitely.
