TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Agreement

By accessing this portal, reserving property, making installment deposits, or joining the Real Estate Executive Club (REC), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our standard Contract of Sale.

2. Property Purchase & Allocation

• Allocation: Physical beacon allocation is issued upon completion of payment or structured initial commitment as stipulated in the estate offer letter.
• Documentation Fees: Survey plan preparation, deed of assignment drafting, and developmental levies (where applicable) are clearly defined prior to contract signing.
• Title Perfection: BMS Global covenants to deliver unencumbered root title documentation upon satisfaction of all contract obligations.

3. REC Membership & Commission Rules

REC commissions (12.5% to 17% based on tier) are earned on verified, paid sales. Referral bonuses and rank milestone bonuses are disbursed in accordance with the official REC compensation framework. Any unethical, fraudulent or misrepresentative sales tactics will result in immediate termination of REC membership and forfeiture of privileges.

4. Payment Channels

All payments must be made strictly to designated BMS Global corporate bank accounts or verified online portal gateway channels. BMS Global bears zero liability for cash payments made to unauthorized individuals or non-corporate accounts.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts or binding mediation in Abuja, FCT.
